Welcome to ETFreplay.com. Please note that there are certain conditions to using this service, please read these carefully as by entering the site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Should you object to any aspect of these term & conditions, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with ETFreplay.com in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of ETFreplay.com.

Definitions

"We/us" means ETFreplay.com, Inc.; "ETFreplay.com / Website" means the website located at www.etfreplay.com, etfreplay.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it; "You" means a user of this Website.

Subscriptions

REGISTRATION
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your registration and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or registering with ETFreplay.com.

BILLING
Monthly subscriptions are automatically billed once per month on the same day of the month that you register. For instance, if you subscribe on January 10th, the next billing date will be February 10th.

Annual subscriptions are automatically billed once per year on the same day of the year that you register. For instance, if you subscribe on January 10th, 2016, the next billing date will be January 10th, 2017.

Monthly or Annual subscriptions that are suspended and have been in arrears for 30-days, will automatically be cancelled.

LOYALTY DISCOUNTS
Subscribers will automatically receive discounted subscription rates based on their status. A subscriber's status is automatically determined by the number of consecutive billing periods that a live subscription has been held.

For monthly subscribers:
A subscriber that has maintained a live subscription for 12 consecutive months, will subsequently receive the bronze subscription rate
A subscriber that has maintained a live subscription for 24 consecutive months, will subsequently receive the silver subscription rate
A subscriber that has maintained a live subscription for 36 consecutive months, will subsequently receive the gold subscription rate

For annual subscribers:
A subscriber that has held an annual subscription for 1 year, will subsequently receive the bronze subscription rate
A subscriber that has held an annual subscription for 2 consecutive years, will subsequently receive the silver subscription rate
A subscriber that has held an annual subscription for 3 consecutive years, will subsequently receive the gold subscription rate

The discount is automatically applied to future months / years.
Loyalty discounts will be lost if a subscription is cancelled.

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS
You can cancel your subscription at anytime (My Account > Subscription Settings > Cancel Subscription). No refunds will be made.

With a monthly subscription, if you cancel part way through your month, you will be able to login and access your portfolios until the next scheduled billing date. i.e. the subscription will expire on the the next scheduled billing date.

Customers can save by choosing a discounted annual subscription. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable - to receive the discount you must commit for twelve months. If you cancel part way through your year, you will be able to login and access your portfolios until the next scheduled billing date. i.e. the subscription will expire on the the next scheduled billing date.

Pro subscriptions are annual only and the same conditions apply as an annual subscription.

Subscribers can sample the service using a monthly subscription before committing to a long-term payment package.

TERMINATION
We prohibit sharing of your user name and password with anyone else, except if expressly allowed by ETFreplay.com, Inc. We reserve the right to cancel your registration for any reason, including, but not limited to, the detection of unauthorized use of your user name/password combination.
